Melissa J. Egan is an associate in the Health Care Practice Group.

Melissa’s practice focuses on mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, business entity formation and corporate governance matters. She handles contract negotiations in a variety of fields, including the health care, medical device and technology industries.

Melissa earned her J.D. in 2008 from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.S. in 2003 from Cornell University.
