Kristy Hlavenka

Kristy M. Hlavenka is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. She focuses her practice on representing hospitals, health systems and long-term care providers on all health law issues, including health care regulatory compliance, HIPAA compliance, medical staff matters, fraud and abuse, and the Stark Law. She provides legal counsel on a full range of transactional health law issues, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and physician employment agreements.

In General.  Kristy earned her J.D., with a concentration in health law, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2008. There she was a member of the Health Law Forum. Kristy received her undergraduate degree in 2005 in political science from Yale University.
