Kenneth Conour

Kenneth P. Conour is a partner in the firm’s Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group, and a founding member of Drinker Biddle’s Electronic Discovery and Data Management Group.

Ken is primarily involved in products liability defense, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals, medical devices and toxic substances. In this area, Ken has taken a leading role on lead counsel teams in nationwide and California medical products and pharmaceutical litigation. In addition to directing local counsel and otherwise being involved in all stages of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation and trial, Ken serves as a point-person on matters concerning electronic discovery and mass document production.

In his document and discovery role, Ken has planned and implemented electronic and paper document preservation, collection, review and production in actions involving millions of pages of documents and e-discovery sources from domestic and international operations; negotiated e-discovery agreed protocols and orders; consulted clients on e-discovery best practices and litigation preparedness; and coordinated the efforts of e-discovery experts. He also practices in environmental litigation and professional errors and omissions defense.
