Justin Watkins

Justin Watkins is an associate in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.  Justin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, public company reporting obligations, and general business counseling.

Mergers and Acquisitions.  Justin represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestures and other corporate transactions.

Business Counseling.  Justin advises clients on all forms of commercial contracts, including intellectual property and technology-related agreements, on corporate governance and on other matters relating to business formation and operation.

In General.  Justin graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, cum laude, in 2005.  He graduated from Swarthmore College in 1993 with a degree in psychobiology.  Justin is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Prior to his law career, Justin was the associate director of Intellectual Property at the University of Pennsylvania’s Center for Technology Transfer. He also worked as a research scientist at Taylor Technology, Inc. in Princeton and as a senior research assistant in the Department of Physiology at Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in San Diego, California.
