French National Order (Board) of Physicians considering appeal of Sunshine Act

The French National Order (Board) of Physicians (l’Ordre des medecins) is considering an appeal before the Council of State (Conseil d’Etat) against the Sunshine Act (Loi Bertrand), which was implemented on May 21, 2013, to ensure transparency among health professionals and the pharmaceutical industry.
