Leslie Tector

Leslie M. Tector is counsel in the firm’s Health Law Practice Group. Her practice focuses on research compliance, regulatory health care and general corporate matters.

Leslie provides clients with guidance on research compliance, regulatory health care and general corporate matters. With a broad and diverse client base that includes health care systems, hospitals, academic medical centers, physician groups, device manufacturers and pharmaceutical companies, Leslie has significant experience drafting compliance policies and related documents for sponsors and research sites that relate to clinical trials, human subject protection, conflicts of interest, grant reviews and approvals, and audits.

Leslie has taught health law classes at Marquette University Law School and the Medical College of Wisconsin. She has lectured at conferences throughout the nation, and has published a number of articles on cutting-edge health law issues.

Prior to entering law school, Leslie received a B.S. in Nursing and practiced for a brief period as a registered nurse with an emphasis on cardiac intensive care.
