23andMe will no longer provide genetic test data on health risks

The genetic testing firm, 23andMe, has said that they will no longer provide consumers with health information while its test undergoes regulatory review.  This decision comes after the FDA sent a warning letter to 23andMe, classifying the genetic test as a medical device, requiring approval.  23andMe will continue to provide ancestry information and raw data, leaving out interpretations of the health implications.
