Eric Berman

Eric M. Berman is an associate in the firm’s Health Care Practice Group. His practice focuses on assisting hospitals, health care organizations, skilled nursing facilities, and pharmaceutical and device manufacturers on a wide variety of matters, including state and federal regulatory compliance, bioethics, health information privacy, medical staff matters, fraud and abuse, and clinical research.

In General. Eric received his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2007. He earned his M.A. in 2004 from the University of California, Santa Barbara and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison in 2001. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
